Effective 28 February 2025. By requesting information or confirming a reservation with Co-Travel Agency, you agree to these terms. Safety is our first principle. We do not operate programmes that compromise guest wellbeing. Hiking, boat journeys and similar activities are delivered with experienced partners. Itineraries can be customised. Changes may affect price and will be confirmed before you commit. A booking is confirmed only after the required payment is received. A 30% deposit is typically required to secure a reservation; the balance is due no later than 40 days before departure unless otherwise agreed. Passports should be valid for at least six months. Travel insurance is not included and is strongly recommended. Self-guided programmes include a designed itinerary and remote support; guests remain responsible for following local rules and driving conditions. Force majeure events may require changes. We will offer alternatives where we reasonably can.
