Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. • More than 45 days before departure: full refund minus a 5% administrative fee. • 30–44 days: 50% of the tour cost is charged. • Less than 30 days: no refund. • Unused services or leaving a tour early are not refunded. Changes requested less than 7 days before departure may not be possible. If a tour cannot run because a minimum group size is not met, we offer an alternative date or a refund. Unsafe weather may lead to a new date or an appropriate refund.
